Integrated Solutions
Integrated solutions refer to the broad family of functional systems and components that are mounted onto or incorporated within a metal roof surface without compromising the weathertight integrity of the envelope beneath. Rather than penetrating the roof skin with drilled fixings — which introduce potential leak points and void manufacturer warranties — these solutions are designed to attach non-invasively, exploiting the geometry of the roof profile itself as their mechanical anchor.
On standing seam roofs this is achieved through proprietary seam clamps that grip the raised joint between panels; on sandwich panel roofs, purpose-designed load-spreader brackets bearing onto the panel face or threading through the liner are used instead, distributing loads across a wider area to avoid point loading on the foam core.
In panel cladding systems (sandwich-type panels), specially designed load-distribution supports are used, which rest against the surface of the panel or penetrate the cladding, distributing the loads over a wider area to avoid point loading.

- Photovoltaic systems (PV)
- Safety and access systems such as
- lifelines, anchor points
- walkways,
- guardrails, and fixed ladder systems are equally critical, providing compliant fall protection for maintenance operatives throughout the building's service life.
- Beyond these, the same non-penetrative fixing philosophy extends to snow retention bars and guards, pipe and duct support for building services, green roof ballast frames, lightning protection conductors, satellite and communication masts, and rooflight or smoke vent upstands.
