The distinctive residential building in central Athens, located in immediate proximity to the Athens Tower, represents a characteristic example of contemporary urban architecture within a dense metropolitan context, where the identity of the building envelope is required to engage in dialogue with a strong urban landmark. Within this project, we undertook the implementation of the roofing and cladding system using Kingspan standing seam technology, forming a unified, clean, and high-precision architectural envelope. The selection of this system enhances the building’s restrained geometry, introducing a contemporary material expression, durability, and robust performance under the demanding conditions of the urban environment. Through technical consistency, attention to detail, and specialized expertise in metal envelope systems, we contributed to the realization of a building that integrates dynamically into the urban fabric of Athens, highlighting architectural clarity and constructional excellence.
