The Kantza complex is a landmark industrial and commercial property in Peania, Attica, located along the service road of the Attica Motorway. It is developed across an informally consolidated plot of approximately 31,500 sq.m. and comprises three independent buildings with a total built area of over 8,300 sq.m., constructed to high specifications with a reinforced concrete and steel structural frame. We undertook the roofing and facade cladding of the facility using a panel system, delivering a solution combining high thermal insulation, excellent weatherproofing and a contemporary aesthetic — befitting a high-specification commercial and industrial complex.
