The Dunapack industrial facilities in Schimatari constitute a large-scale project in the paper industry sector, where production continuity, energy efficiency, and operational reliability are critical design and execution parameters. Within this project, we implemented a rockwool panel cladding system, delivering a high-performance industrial envelope with a strong emphasis on thermal insulation, fire safety, and long-term durability. A key challenge of the project was the execution of works under conditions of uninterrupted plant operation, requiring strict coordination, phased construction planning, and full adaptation to the facility’s production schedule. Through systematic planning, technical precision, and extensive experience in live industrial environments, we contributed to the upgrade of the building envelope without disrupting the production process, ensuring the seamless continuity of Dunapack’s operations while delivering a modern and efficient architectural outcome.
