Safety
Working at height is a highly specialized activity that demands meticulous planning, technical expertise, and uncompromising safety standards. The inherent risks and complexities of such operations require the strict implementation of comprehensive health and safety procedures. For this reason, every project begins with a thorough assessment and documentation of all potential risks associated with the planned works.
Appropriate equipment, certified personal protective equipment (PPE), and fully integrated safety systems are fundamental to every project we undertake. In full compliance with national and European regulations, and in collaboration with specialist health and safety consultants, we prepare a dedicated Risk Assessment and Method Statement (RAMS) for each project, ensuring that every stage of execution is planned and managed to the highest safety standards.
Based on the approved safety plan, all personnel receive clear instructions and task-specific training before the commencement of any activity, regardless of its duration or complexity. Our objective is to eliminate risks wherever possible and maintain a safe working environment throughout every phase of the project.
Employee Safety
In addition to standard Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)—including safety helmets, protective eyewear, safety footwear, high-visibility clothing, and other essential gear—every member of our team is required to strictly adhere to all procedures and safety protocols defined in the project-specific safety plan. This disciplined approach safeguards both the wellbeing of our personnel and the quality of project execution.
Furthermore, every project is supervised by a dedicated Health & Safety Officer responsible for monitoring the implementation of all safety systems and procedures from the first day on site through to project completion.
As health and safety standards continue to evolve globally, anegersi remains committed to continuous improvement. We regularly organize training programs, professional development courses, and safety seminars to ensure that our personnel remain fully informed, certified, and up to date with the latest industry practices and regulatory requirements.
